Requirements

  • 3-5 years relevant experience in equity research sales, sales trading, or related role
  • Strong understanding of equity markets and institutional investors
  • Existing relationships with institutional clients
  • Fluent Italian (mandatory)
  • Strong English language skills
  • German language skills (plus)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Business travel and client entertainment as required

Tasks

  • Develop strong relationships with institutional investors
  • Market equity research products and investment ideas
  • Tailor content to client needs with research analysts
  • Support ECM distribution process
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Expand the client base
  • Coordinate roadshows and investor meetings
  • Monitor market trends and provide timely insights
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Travel for business and client entertainment
