Environment Control System Design Responsible(m/w/x)
Leading development and ensuring performance of aircraft ECS systems at major aerospace manufacturer. Over 5 years as System Designer and Engineer required. 30 days vacation, employer-funded pension, stock options.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience as a System Designer and Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, aerospace, electrical, mechanical, or similar
- Skills and strong interest in system engineering, equipment development process, and Environmental Control Systems
- Autonomy and agility in decision-making
- Open-mindedness and team spirit
- Problem-solving and accountability attitude
- English: negotiation level; German or French would be a plus
- Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity
Tasks
- Lead the development of ECS systems
- Provide technical support for ECS systems
- Ensure system performance accountability
- Coordinate all system activities
- Identify activities and commit to deliverables
- Communicate and subcontract activities as needed
- Collaborate closely with industry and customer support
- Manage supplier activities within your perimeter
- Act as the focal point for the system with the Final Assembly Line
- Interface with Customer Support and other Engineering departments
