- Ability to assess value and risk of technologies against new business designs
- Effectiveness in project-centric and product-centric models
- Strategic mindset
- Ability to navigate and influence within a matrixed organization

Tasks
- Partner with DDP and IDT Leads.
- Partner with DDP and GBAs on business objectives.
- Shape strategies, roadmaps, and solutions.
- Lead creation of technology roadmaps aligning business strategies.
- Prioritize GBA alignment with global technology direction.
- Foster collaboration for technology delivery.
- Support DDP, IDT, and GBAs with technology choices.
- Shape delivery of tech-enabled consultancy services.
- Mature digital solutions and product implementation.
- Align business capabilities with strategic goals.
- Develop strategic linkages for competitive advantage.
- Ensure time-to-market for technology investments.
- Deliver innovative technology assessments.
- Analyze existing and emerging technologies.
- Help leaders understand and apply technologies.
- Help leaders monetize and operationalize technologies.
- Transform and optimize business operating models.
- Identify and guide capabilities, data, and process requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on data-driven practices.
- Collaborate to define target state architecture.
- Co-develop roadmaps and initiatives with stakeholders.
- Support product portfolio rationalization.
- Advise on technology portfolio assessments.
- Ensure global solutions meet GBA needs.
