Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience in software development
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
  • •At least 7-8 years of professional experience in quality engineering/assurance
  • •At least 5 years of experience leading and managing a diverse team
  • •Expert experience in mobile UI and backend (Java) test automation
  • •Experience in software development according to quality standards
  • •Practical experience in software testing and test automation
  • •Ability to engage in hands-on testing
  • •Experience working in agile environments
  • •Experience in optimizing processes and removing blockers
  • •Passion for feedback and continuous improvement
  • •Excellent written and verbal skills in English
  • •EU citizenship or valid Austrian work permit
  • •Experience with medical development and software lifecycle (IEC 62304)
  • •Experience handling process and product audits
  • •Experience in Load and Performance testing
  • •AI driven development / Agenting Engineering
  • •Experience in working in a SAFe environment
  • •Experience in the diabetes industry or related healthcare disciplines

Bachelor's degree

Master's degree
