- Experience in Load and Performance testing
- AI driven development / Agenting Engineering
- Experience in working in a SAFe environment
- Experience in the diabetes industry or related healthcare disciplines
Tasks
- Lead a team of QA Engineers
- Champion quality throughout the organization
- Drive decisions on best practices
- Mentor the Quality Assurance department
- Contribute to evolving Quality Assurance practices
- Ensure regular release of quality products
- Guide team members for professional and personal growth
- Foster a culture of servant leadership
- Encourage continuous improvement and open communication
- Participate in hands-on testing of products
- Optimize existing processes for efficiency
- Remove blockers and impediments
- Promote feedback and actionable improvements
