Requirements
- •Hands-on experience in software development
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- •At least 7-8 years of professional experience in quality engineering/assurance
- •At least 5 years of experience leading and managing a diverse team
- •Expert experience in mobile UI and backend (Java) test automation
- •Experience in software development according to quality standards
- •Practical experience in software testing and test automation
- •Ability to engage in hands-on testing
- •Experience working in agile environments
- •Experience in optimizing processes and removing blockers
- •Passion for feedback and continuous improvement
- •Excellent written and verbal skills in English
- •EU citizenship or valid Austrian work permit
- •Experience with medical development and software lifecycle (IEC 62304)
- •Experience handling process and product audits
- •Experience in Load and Performance testing
- •AI driven development / Agenting Engineering
- •Experience in working in a SAFe environment
- •Experience in the diabetes industry or related healthcare disciplines
