Requirements

Tasks

  • •Drive capacity planning and hiring in collaboration with Recruiting
  • •Improve and evolve development processes for speed and quality
  • •Enable collaboration between Product Managers and Engineers
  • •Facilitate alignment with other business units
  • •Promote psychological safety and inclusivity within the team
  • •Define and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for reliability
