- Utilize ICC-ACP applications for official change documentation
- Identify and manage synergies between different changes
- Capture, track, and mitigate project risks
- Present and advocate for changes before decision-making bodies
- Provide comprehensive information on costs, impacts, and schedules
- Support the Product Change Leader throughout the process
- Coordinate implementation schedules with all relevant stakeholders
- Align target dates with required board deadlines
- Coordinate change scopes with affected transnational stakeholders
- Contribute to developing and shaping organizational change processes
- Perform quality reviews on engineering deliverables for consistency
