Tasks

  • Approve referred business cases within authorized limits
  • Improve and develop underwriting tools and standards
  • Provide ongoing support to local business units
  • Steer the portfolio to enable profitable growth
  • Develop and implement new employee benefit products
  • Support the line of business manager in all accountabilities
  • Transfer technical know-how to local corporate units
  • Supervise compliance with corporate underwriting standards
  • Participate in various strategic projects

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
