Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Business Development, Sales, or Program Development, preferably within Memory technology
- Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent technical qualification
- Strong strategic thinking skills and solid market insight
- Proven ability in opportunity development and disciplined pipeline management
- Experience in customer and supplier relationship management
- Technical understanding of A&D electronics
- Awareness of compliance requirements and risk management principles
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel across EMEA
Tasks
- Deploy and present memory product strategy.
- Provide market guidance.
- Develop and align growth strategy.
- Identify and drive growth opportunities.
- Analyze memory market developments.
- Identify customer requirements.
- Identify technology trends.
- Identify regional demand shifts.
- Represent and deploy EBV's memory strategy.
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic memory customers.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Promote memory products for design-ins.
- Identify and develop new customers for sales handover.
- Drive and monitor regional design activity.
- Lead qualification of new opportunities.
- Shape requirements with sales and technical teams.
- Conduct joint customer visits.
- Secure new business.
- Expand existing programs.
- Track business migration activities.
- Ensure design-in data capture.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Share supplier and customer intelligence.
- Coordinate external partners in projects.
- Execute and monitor segment-specific marketing programs.
- Organize customer seminars and workshops.
- Represent EBV at trade shows and industry events.
- Foster cooperation with key stakeholders.
