Embedded AI Platform Security Engineer(m/w/x)

Description

In this role, you will design and implement robust security solutions for machine learning models on embedded hardware, focusing on secure execution environments and innovative protection mechanisms. Your work will directly contribute to the development of secure AI systems.

Requirements

• •Background in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Cryptography
• •Background in Machine Learning and interest in cybersecurity
• •Embedded programming (C/C++, Rust)
• •Understanding of secure boot, firmware integrity, and runtime security
• •Experience with or interest in TEEs, TPM integration, and secure enclaves
• •Familiarity with ML model formats and deployment workflows
• •Knowledge of cryptographic primitives for integrity and confidentiality

Tasks

• •Develop secure boot mechanisms for AI-enabled embedded platforms
• •Implement firmware integrity mechanisms for embedded systems
• •Apply runtime hardening for ML workloads
• •Ensure isolation for machine learning tasks
• •Enable model protection using Trusted Execution Environments (TEE)
• •Utilize secure enclaves for enhanced security
• •Ensure secure loading of ML models on edge devices
• •Facilitate execution of ONNX and TensorFlow Lite models
