- Oversee procurement strategies and subcontractor negotiations
- Monitor supply-chain performance
- Collaborate with Project Directors, Project Managers, and Engineering teams
- Ensure project targets are met
- Monitor project progress, budget, and schedule
- Anticipate issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure strong risk management processes
- Oversee change control and cost forecasting
- Manage financial performance across multiple work packages
- Serve as primary commercial point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Lead progress meetings
- Provide high-quality commercial reporting and updates
- Direct and mentor commercial staff, QS teams, and project leads
- Promote best practices in contract management and commercial governance
- Drive continuous improvement and high standards across all projects
