- Create instrument lists, I/O lists, and instrument specifications
- Prepare data sheets, JB planning, hook-up diagrams, and earthing layouts
- Develop control logic, cable tray layouts, and electrical load lists
- Prepare and check logic diagrams, logic descriptions, and single-line diagrams
- Create circuit and wiring diagrams, panel and cabinet arrangements
- Participate in HAZOP studies, FATs, SATs, and design reviews
- Coordinate technical tasks and documentation within the discipline
- Manage interfaces with mechanical, process, and CAD disciplines
- Support commissioning and provide post-installation technical assistance
- Offer after-sales service and troubleshooting
