Requirements
- •Genuine friendliness and approachability

- •Operational background with guest relations experience
- •Student at a hospitality university for mandatory internship
- •Fluency in English, other languages are a plus

- •Availability from June 2026 for 6 to 10 months
- •Experience in operational hotel or restaurant environment

- •Support the operational team as needed
- •Coach and train the Sidekicks
- •Ensure high service standards
- •Assist with resident complaints
- •Coordinate maintenance tasks during shifts
- •Handle safety and security procedures
- •Update working schedules for the team
- •Manage all Rooms Division and F&B matters
- •Structure rooms-related procedures
- •Manage restaurant reservations
- •Oversee payment handling
