Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Communication, or related
  • Change management certification is a plus
  • Experience in global organizations preferred
  • Stakeholder management and Training Coordination competence
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Willingness to travel

Tasks

  • Develop tailored change management plans
  • Implement divisional transformation initiatives
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and impact assessments
  • Refine strategies based on assessment data
  • Execute transparent communication plans
  • Coordinate training activities across the division
  • Align change efforts with global teams
  • Monitor and adjust strategies based on feedback
  • Facilitate regular updates for all stakeholders
  • Report progress and risks to leadership

Education

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
  • Master's degree
