Requirements
- Experience in sales development within institutional and hospitality sectors
- Solid understanding of Ecolab products, services, and systems
- Strong results orientation with proven track record in B2B commercial sales
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth through negotiations
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Language skills: Native French, fluent English; German is an advantage
- Outstanding relationship-building and interpersonal capabilities
- Exceptional negotiation skills and passion for meeting customer expectations
- Valid driver’s license
Tasks
- Sell and promote Ecolab’s value proposition
- Support sales activities within the distributor network
- Acquire new customers and identify business development opportunities
- Build strong commercial relationships across teams and partners
- Provide guidance and training on Ecolab products and services
- Document sales plans and track customer penetration
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Share insights and contribute to commercial strategy
- Exchange sales best practices with the team
- Act as an Ecolab brand ambassador focusing on hygiene and safety

- High school diploma
