Requirements
- Extensive experience in Financial Due Diligence assignments, Transaction Services, or Deals team within Big 4 or top-tier advisory firm
- Proven track record at Senior Manager or Director level managing multi-million revenue generating FDD projects, readiness for Director responsibility
- Strong understanding of M&A processes, deal structuring, and value drivers
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with focus on client impact and commercial growth
- Completed professional qualification (Swiss CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent)
- Fluency in English required
- German and/or French is a strong advantage
Tasks
- Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
- Advise PE and Corporate clients, including C-suite and investment teams
- Manage and coach high-performing teams
- Foster a strong people and performance culture
- Drive business development, including proposal development
- Originate new client relationships
- Collaborate across services
- Oversee engagement economics
- Manage engagement risk
- Ensure quality assurance in line with firm standards
- Contribute to the growth strategy of the Swiss Deals practice
- Develop thought leadership
- Enhance market visibility
- Work across the entire deal life cycle
- Support clients in delivering successful transactions
- Collaborate with corporate finance, value creation, and debt advisory colleagues
- Lead major engagements
- Manage senior client relationships
- Contribute to strategic development and commercial success of the practice
