Requirements

- Strong communication and presentation skills; confident engagement with C-level executives, investment professionals, and technical stakeholders
- Very strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with architecture modeling tools, data-flow mapping, or code assessments is a plus
- Structured, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented manner; strong passion for technology, AI, and value creation in transaction environments
- Fluent English; additional local language skills are a plus
Tasks
- Lead international technology, IT, and AI due diligence projects
- Assess IT landscapes for architecture, infrastructure, scalability, maintainability, cybersecurity, compliance, and operational performance
- Conduct AI due diligence assessments
- Evaluate AI maturity, data strategies, technical feasibility, innovation, and value creation potential
- Identify technical risks, tech debt, and optimization opportunities
- Develop technology roadmaps and post-transaction strategies
- Collaborate with commercial, digital, and financial due diligence teams
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to C-level executives, investment committees, and technical stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and investors
- Lead project teams and coordinate internal and external stakeholders
- Support the development and scaling of the team
- Contribute to sales and pitching activities
- Develop new services aligned with emerging technology and AI trends
- Represent OMMAX in strategic client interactions
