- Negotiate distribution agreements and ensure compliance
- Drive portfolio expansion and market development
- Monitor financial performance using digital SRM tools
- Lead and develop the Principal Management team
- Grow sales and profit for EMEA Nutritional Health
- Execute regional strategies aligned with market trends
- Manage a differentiated Nutritional Health product portfolio
- Lead and develop the Business Development team
- Steer innovation and manage key customer projects
- Collaborate with innovation and local sales teams
