Tasks
- Lead global digital marketing and transformation strategy
- Partner with CMO to embed scalable, insight-led approaches
- Define and prioritize high-impact digital programs
- Establish scalable playbooks, templates, and workflows
- Set KPIs, dashboards, and measurement models
- Monitor ROI, pipeline impact, and campaign effectiveness
- Optimize performance through test-and-learn approach
- Shape unified digital customer journey
- Align strategy, messaging, and lead generation
- Support local teams with global tools and frameworks
- Drive marketing technology ecosystem evolution
- Collaborate with IT, CRM, and Compliance teams
- Advise and partner with senior stakeholders
- Translate business strategy into data-driven initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration
- Lead high-performing teams
- Combine digital marketing expertise and commercial acumen
- Build capability-driven operating models
- Drive digital transformation across global organizations
