Tasks

  • Lead a multi-functional team for beyond-the-core innovation
  • Manage the Growth Platform for one of 5 key platforms
  • Scope and validate platform hypotheses with consumers and customers
  • Develop and launch innovation bundles in design markets
  • Build a long-term innovation pipeline
  • Manage senior and brand managers in the team
  • Lead the E2E multifunctional team (I&A, R&D, PCM, Finance)
  • Set and deliver Leading KPIs for incremental Net Revenue and category growth
  • Create and implement a data-driven, digitally integrated Chocolate strategy
  • Establish clear objectives, KPIs, and ROI metrics
  • Monitor industry and category trends
  • Lead stakeholder meetings for strategic alignment
  • Collaborate with region category and local marketing
  • Be a subject matter expert on disruptive category growth
  • Apply deep understanding of Category, Consumer, Shopper, and Customer
  • Empathize with human needs and motivations
  • Translate consumer trends into strategic direction
  • Utilize financial tools for scenario modeling and business case development
  • Drive organizational change with a data, mind, and heart philosophy
  • Create a marketing measurement plan
  • Embody a Consumer First mindset
  • Translate insights into actionable business decisions
  • Apply MDLZ Innovation processes and tools
  • Engage with retail partners for early commercial insights
  • Optimize innovation performance through pricing strategies
  • Apply Price Pack Architecture (PPA) for portfolio optimization
  • Implement Brand Design across all touch points
  • Define short-, medium-, and long-term innovation for Chocolate
  • Conduct continuous market, category, and brand tracking
  • Identify growth drivers using Laws of Growth principles
