Requirements
- Master’s Degree in relevant field or PhD
- 10+ years of relevant experience or 8+ years with PhD
- 10+ years market access contracting and negotiation experience
- Deep knowledge of health economics and outcome research methods
- Deep understanding of healthcare systems and reimbursement pathways
- Relevant experience in contract development and pricing negotiations
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Experience in implementing new business processes
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Excellent analytical skills and business acumen

Tasks
- Develop and coordinate pricing, market access, and reimbursement strategies for all Exact Sciences products in ex-US markets
- Focus on key strategic markets in EU-5, Canada, and Japan
- Plan and oversee submissions to reimbursement agencies for market access and reimbursement
- Coordinate meetings with key stakeholders to support reimbursement efforts
- Provide expert pricing and reimbursement advice reflecting current healthcare systems
- Lead the development of international value dossiers and country reimbursement plans for new products
- Conduct market access and pricing research for new products and pricing committees
- Collaborate with International Marketing, Medical Affairs, Distributor Managers, and Country Managers on reimbursement initiatives
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities to attract and retain top talent
- Manage and guide the team, delegating tasks and assessing performance
- Identify innovative, customer-oriented ideas in response to market changes
- Develop and implement corporate pricing and contracting policies to maximize resources
- Oversee the performance management of pricing and reimbursement specialists in their geographies
