Tasks
- Drive global development of Finance Shared Services
- Implement and standardize Finance processes
- Manage performance and ensure efficient execution
- Align with Group Functions Finance and Global Process Owners
- Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met
- Continuously innovate to optimize costs and improve user experience
- Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap for Finance Shared Services
- Ensure timely and high-quality task completion
- Implement continuous improvement and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- Define and monitor key performance metrics
- Drive global standardization of processes and product portfolio
- Identify and implement automation potentials
- Reduce manual work through automation tools
- Oversee integration of new scope and acquired companies
- Identify and upskill future talent needs
- Maintain high team engagement in high-pressure environments
- Develop next tier of leadership
- Ensure 'First-Time Right' results
- Adhere to group policies and ICS to mitigate risks
