Tasks
- Manage external in-licensing and alliance projects
- Act as the key liaison for internal and external stakeholders
- Guide projects through development and commercialization phases
- Lead cross-functional teams to meet objectives and milestones
- Develop and drive integrated project plans
- Identify and mitigate project issues and risks
- Facilitate thorough communication across all stakeholder levels
- Coordinate resources for new product submissions and launches
- Manage alliance partner relationships and contractual obligations
- Use FIPS tools to monitor timelines and action logs
- Secure necessary project resources and daily support
- Establish standard platforms for recurring project updates
- Support business development and portfolio analysis
- Present key decisions and recommendations to senior management
- Document and improve alliance management processes
- Resolve project conflicts proactively or escalate as needed
- Track project budgets and manage financial obligations
- Ensure compliance with supply and licensing agreements
