Requirements

  • Master’s degree in quantitative discipline
  • 12+ years country sales analytics or commercial operations experience
  • 12+ years data analytics or marketing science experience
  • Extensive analytics and AI experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare
  • Proficient with Power BI and CRM platforms (Veeva/Salesforce)
  • Strong understanding of healthcare professional journey analytics
  • Engage and influence stakeholders across sales, marketing, medical
  • Demonstrated Data Product experience and future-vision mindset
  • Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical value chain and field/marketing/sales analytics
  • Experience building self-service dashboards and narrative analytics tools
  • Experience embedding advanced analytics into marketing/customer engagement platforms
