  • Enablement-Formate planen und durchführen
  • Zielgruppengerechte Kommunikations- und Schulungsmaterialien erstellen
  • Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Copilot for M365 fachlich begleiten
  • Fachbereiche bei Use-Case-Definition, Best Practices und Mehrwertargumentation unterstützen
  • Mit IT-Security, Datenschutz und Compliance zur sicheren Nutzung von Copilot zusammenarbeiten
  • Zu modernen Kollaborationsszenarien beraten
  • Informations- und Kollaborationsstrukturen konzipieren und optimieren
  • Bei der Standardisierung und Governance von M365-Collaboration-Services unterstützen
  • An der strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Digital Workplace Portfolios mitwirken
  • Mit ServiceNow / ITSM zusammenarbeiten
  • Als Schnittstelle zwischen IT, Fachbereichen und weiteren Stakeholdern agieren
