  • Strong creative/visual storytelling skills, instructional design, adult learning principles
  • Solid communication, coordination, project management skills

Tasks

  • Design and develop engaging digital learning experiences
  • Create e-learnings, videos, infographics, and web content
  • Apply storytelling and adult learning principles
  • Build and drive the digital training strategy
  • Monitor learning trends and emerging technologies
  • Continuously evolve the learning portfolio
  • Maintain and update learning materials on the LMS
  • Ensure seamless access and usability of materials
  • Use AI-driven tools and data analytics
  • Enhance learner engagement
  • Measure training impact
  • Collaborate with regional training centers
  • Define global governance concepts
  • Establish global frameworks, standards, and processes
  • Ensure consistent roll-out and adoption across regions
