Onboarding and optimizing OR workflows for robotic surgery solutions. Clinical project integration and EMR/PACS knowledge required. Support sales presentations and customer training.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Engineering, life science or medical background preferred
- 2+ years’ experience in procedural/OR healthcare software
- 2+ years of experience with clinical project integrations
- Prior knowledge with EMR/PACS solutions
- Background in training of clinical and OR staff
- Knowledge of procedural/Operating Room environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Expertise and experience in delivering consulting services
- Ability to deliver consistent and effective communication
- Ability to discover and understand customer needs
- Ability to engage and inspire customers
- Highly organized
- Able to manage time in fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Dutch language skills
- German language skills
- English language skills
- Travel >75%
Tasks
- Execute digital strategies to grow solution adoption
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and product utilization
- Conduct customer onboarding and workflow optimization
- Provide customer training and application support
- Support sales and marketing with customer presentations
- Perform remote and onsite product demonstrations
- Conduct internal trainings for sales and marketing teams
- Lead customer meetings and train Intuitive Hub services
- Support customer readiness and expand digital offerings
- Build long-term relationships with industry leaders
- Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor
- Perform Intuitive Hub in-services and customization
- Educate customers on My Intuitive+ and onboard them
- Monitor and drive digital product utilization
- Expand user base by collaborating with hospital staff
- Test and troubleshoot installed system functionality
- Identify and document issues for technical support
- Lead clinical teams through training sessions
- Coach and mentor new and existing team members
- Participate in new product and procedure launches
- Contribute to departmental and cross-functional projects
- Build strong relationships with internal colleagues
- Support complex customer events with multi-departmental collaboration
- Provide guidance to clinical and administrative teams
- Offer feedback for process improvements
- Prospect for digital solution expansions and upgrades
