- •Welcome and profile new customers to support their onboarding
- •Pilot new sales tactics using platforms like LinkedIn
- •Identify and solve customer experience issues on the website
- •Maintain a pipeline of opportunities in Salesforce
- •Manage territory pricing to optimize overall profitability
