Requirements

  • Experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Salesforce, or similar
  • Basic understanding of Google Ads and performance marketing
  • Agency experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset and KPI confidence
  • Experience with GA4 and e‑commerce platforms like Shopify is an advantage
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and project management skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Additional European languages are a plus
  • Interest in outdoor and mountain sports
  • Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and drive

Tasks

  • Paid-Social-Kampagnen in europäischen Märkten planen und optimieren
  • Budgets, Zielgruppen, Creatives und Placements verwalten
  • Setups zur ROAS- und Conversion-Verbesserung testen
  • Newsletter und Lifecycle-Kampagnen umsetzen
  • Segmentierung, Personalisierung und A/B-Tests durchführen
  • Google Ads und Merchant Center mit Agenturen koordinieren
  • Search, Performance Max und Shopping-Maßnahmen unterstützen
  • Performance-Analysen und Reportings mit GA4 erstellen
  • Trends und Optimierungspotenziale identifizieren
  • Integrierte digitale Kampagnen kanalübergreifend umsetzen
  • Paid Media, E-Mail und E-Commerce-Aktivitäten abstimmen
  • Mit internen Teams und externen Partner:innen kooperieren
