- •Provide technical and hotline support for existing customers
- •Analyze customer and territory sales trends and report findings
- •Plan sales activities based on territory needs to meet sales goals
- •Maintain regular contact with customers to strengthen relationships
- •Implement creative marketing activities to grow core business
- •Support sales representatives in developing relationships with key leaders
- •Manage and report product issues and customer loss to management
- •Stay informed on products, technologies, and competitive activity
- •Present and promote organizational courses and events
- •Maintain knowledge of company policies and implement them effectively
- •Provide after-sales technical support on-site or via hotline
- •Establish a travel schedule for consistent customer contact
