Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to engage across all organizational levels
- Solid understanding of IT environments (infrastructure, applications, methodologies)
- Familiarity with ERP, Cloud, Agile/Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with IT service management
- Experience with project/portfolio governance
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Collaborative and customer-focused approach
Tasks
- Lead IT demand management process
- Ensure consistent intake and transparent assessment
- Prioritize and hand over demands to delivery teams
- Coordinate between Business Units, IT stakeholders, and governance forums
- Align demands with strategy, capacity, and funding
- Facilitate demand review sessions
- Guide stakeholders in defining business value and requirements
- Communicate demand status and priorities clearly
- Oversee demand assessment for feasibility, risks, and dependencies
- Collaborate with Architecture, Security, and PMO
- Translate requests into actionable initiatives
- Drive governance and reporting
- Improve demand management processes, tools, and documentation
