Demand Generation Manager – DACH(m/w/x)
Driving pipeline and revenue growth for a workplace intelligence platform in the DACH region. 5-8+ years B2B SaaS demand generation experience required. Unlimited PTO, annual company summit.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years B2B SaaS demand generation/growth
- Deep understanding of DACH market
- Strong experience in field marketing, ABM, campaign execution
- Experience working closely with sales teams
- High ownership (thinks like GM)
- Strong executor (gets things done independently)
Tasks
- Drive pipeline and revenue growth in DACH
- Lead all regional demand initiatives (ABM, field, campaigns)
- Act as the central orchestrator of GTM efforts in the region
- Own pipeline generation targets for DACH
- Be accountable for pipeline volume, quality, and contribution to ARR
- Translate global strategy into a clear regional plan
- Define and execute regional demand strategy for ABM, field marketing, and campaigns
- Ensure activities are ICP-focused, aligned with sales priorities, and measurable
- Collaborate with Regional Sales and BDRs
- Align on target accounts, campaign priorities, and pipeline gaps
- Plan and execute events from concept to completion
- Build and launch marketing campaigns
- Write campaign messaging and landing page content
- Set up and manage campaign assets
- Operate end-to-end from strategy to execution
- Partner with Sales and BDRs on target account selection and strategies
- Execute personalized campaigns and account-specific activations
- Measure pipeline generated, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
- Continuously optimize channel mix, messaging, and execution
- Partner with GTM Ops for clean tracking and clear attribution
