Requirements

  • Enrollment or recent graduation in Life Sciences or Biology
  • Desirable experience with sample management software or laboratory setting
  • Excellent data handling skills
  • Meticulousness
  • Proficiency with MS Excel
  • Experience with GSuite (nice to have)
  • Self-motivation and teamwork skills
  • Ability to maintain quality and timeliness
  • Proficiency in English
  • Desire to influence own development
  • Interest in cross-functional and geographic opportunities

Tasks

  • Support daily data management operations
  • Perform data quality control checks
  • Conduct inventory searches
  • Transcribe Certificates of Analysis into Excel
  • Update and maintain the validated LIMS
  • Resolve biospecimen data discrepancies
  • Maintain data validity and integrity
  • Execute sample data exports as needed
  • Coordinate with acquisition and biorepository teams

Education

  • Currently in higher educationOR
  • Bachelor's degree

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent

  • MS Excel
  • GSuite
