- Several years of experience in implementing Data and AI/ML initiatives
- Deep understanding of Data Engineering, AI/ML, Azure stack (Databricks, ML Studio, DevOps)
- Leadership skills in aligning diverse teams and building stakeholder partnerships
- Ability to translate data-driven decisions into measurable business success
- Experience with enterprise architectures and data governance frameworks
- Knowledge of GenAI strategies and their scaling
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills in English and German
Tasks
- Develop and implement the Data Intelligence and AI roadmap
- Steer initiatives to unlock business value through Data and AI
- Collaborate with business units, IT, and management
- Translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Provide functional and disciplinary leadership to the team
- Coach and mentor team members
- Foster a culture of learning and collaboration
- Identify and evaluate new use cases
- Prioritize and execute projects across GenAI, RAG, and Predictive Analytics
- Advance innovation within the organization
- Establish and maintain standards for data quality and protection
- Ensure responsible AI usage and compliance with regulations
- Oversee budgets, tools, and resource planning
- Align capabilities and capacities with strategic goals
