Tasks

• Ensure data consistency and integrity across global Operations BI reporting
• Manage BI master data and authorization processes
• Enable new reporting developments and rollouts
• Deliver training and provide process support
• Analyze workflows to identify continuous improvement opportunities
• Act as an in-house consultant during project design phases
• Coordinate reporting process enhancements with IT counterparts
• Support smooth end-to-end transportation processes
• Resolve TM-related issues and drive data quality improvements
• Analyze business requirements for freight planning and automation
• Optimize charge management and automation processes
• Improve integrations with SAP SD, MM, FI, and EWM systems
• Assist with system testing and documentation
• Maintain high-quality TM process materials
• Deliver SAP training to empower key users
• Provide proactive support to Procurement end-users
• Resolve incidents and document technical solutions
• Ensure alignment on procurement processes and functionalities
• Inform stakeholders of system updates and changes
• Gather and prioritize business requirements for system enhancements
• Translate business needs into technical specifications
• Assist with system upgrades and validate new developments
• Create user-friendly documentation and eLearning materials
• Manage small-scale projects and drive continuous improvement
