- Exposure to customer master data and ERP systems (preferably SAP)

- Ability to translate business requirements into data concepts
- Cross-functional work ability
- Effective communication with diverse stakeholders
- Structured and independent working style
- Technical affinity for data systems
- Business English fluency
- Good German skills
