- •Liaise between data center clients and the team
- •Oversee holistic operational and strategic data center management
- •Guarantee reliable 24/7 operations at client locations
- •Manage all onsite employees and services
- •Maintain full P&L responsibility for comprehensive budgets
- •Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations
- •Act as the primary contact for data center clients
- •Implement additional services to develop client locations
- •Identify customer needs and provide tailored infrastructure solutions
- •Drive revenue growth through hardware and cloud solution sales
- •Achieve predefined sales targets and identify new business opportunities
- •Collaborate with internal technical and product teams
- •Develop and implement strategic customer plans
- •Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- •Monitor market trends and industry competition
- •Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving
