Tasks

  • •Support Data Analysis, BI Development, and Data Governance teams
  • •Focus on improvements in lean/agile methodology
  • •Ensure successful implementation of project management strategy
  • •Continuously improve project control and governance
  • •Contribute to team framework and standards for project delivery
  • •Provide project planning and delegation
  • •Monitor milestones and manage project scope
  • •Estimate resources needed to achieve project goals
  • •Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
  • •Set and manage delivery expectations with team members and stakeholders
  • •Ensure transparent, data-driven reporting to stakeholders
  • •Act as a liaison between the Senior Vice President and workstream leads
  • •Implement efficient change control methods and processes
  • •Drive change management initiatives across the function
  • •Support managers with weekly project status updates
  • •Coordinate non-technical projects on an ad-hoc basis
  • •Foster a trusted environment for problem-solving
  • •Support team self-organization and cross-functionality
