You will shape the digital resilience of the organization by designing secure hybrid architectures and hardening infrastructure. Your day-to-day involves leading workshops and automating workflows to stay ahead of threats.

Requirements

• •Extended experience in IT system administration
• •Network security or infrastructure engineering experience
• •Expertise with firewalls and network segmentation
• •Hands-on experience with VMware and storage
• •Understanding of Active Directory and Azure AD
• •Experience with Exchange Online
• •Backup and Data recovery experience
• •Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture
• •Knowledge of cloud security architecture
• •Strong communication and consulting abilities
• •Ability to simplify complex security concepts
• •Autonomous and solution-oriented working style
• •Experience mentoring colleagues

Tasks

• •Design secure network, cloud, and hybrid IT/OT architectures
• •Develop firewall architectures and segmentation strategies
• •Implement VPN solutions and secure hybrid identity systems
• •Enhance security for virtualization, storage, and backup environments
• •Define and harden baselines for infrastructure systems
• •Oversee endpoint protection and patch management
• •Manage secure backup and disaster recovery planning
• •Lead security design workshops during infrastructure transitions
• •Review infrastructure and cloud designs for security alignment
• •Support threat modeling and risk assessments
• •Maintain documentation, security standards, and incident response plans
• •Automate security workflows using PowerShell
• •Analyze emerging threats to recommend effective countermeasures
