  • Experience with Zendesk Guide, API integrations and best practices (plus)
  • Strong data management abilities
  • Ability to design and implement new processes
  • Internal & external facing experience with large projects
  • International business experience (plus)
  • Experience with SQL, JavaScript, HTML, Java, Apex (plus)
  • Very good English skills
  • Valid Austrian work-permit
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize requests
  • Willingness to take ownership and act independently
  • Excitement to work in Austria

Tasks

  • Create tools strategy for Customer Relationship Management tooling
  • Configure and maintain omnichannel routing and AI features
  • Update and maintain help center themes and self-service flows
  • Develop and maintain procedural and technical documentation
  • Administrate tools daily, including user setup and customization
  • Customize fields, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and notifications
  • Implement and support new system rollouts and maintenance
  • Ensure data quality in Customer Relationship Management tooling
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and escalations
  • Manage new user accounts, licenses, and permissions
  • Train new and current users
  • Assist with data imports, exports, and updates
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams and stakeholders
  • Contribute fresh ideas to improve processes
  • Pursue personal and professional growth through workshops
