Requirements

  • •Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • •Five years experience in quality or equivalent
  • •Understanding of quality processes and problem-solving
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • •Flexibility and effectiveness under pressure
  • •Fluency in English and Italian
  • •Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (plus)
  • •Willingness to travel up to 10%

Tasks

  • •Support the local quality strategy deployment
  • •Analyze customer issues to identify root causes
  • •Track corrective activities in the PPS tool
  • •Present quality reports and improvements to customers
  • •Follow up systematically on agreed customer actions
  • •Define containment, corrective, and preventive actions
  • •Facilitate Level 2 Quality Circles
  • •Escalate critical cases to the line manager
  • •Improve manufacturing and supplier quality metrics
  • •Reduce the overall cost of poor quality
  • •Collaborate with functions to reach performance targets
