Requirements

  • •Degree in business informatics, business administration, or comparable qualification
  • •Experience in consulting or implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, especially Customer Insights
  • •Ability to respond to customers and convey ideas as added value
  • •Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) is an advantage
  • •Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and customer focus
  • •Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage

Education

Bachelor's degree
OR
Vocational certification

Work Experience

approx. 1 - 4 years

  • •Analyze customer requirements
  • •Design customized solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Insights
  • •Support implementation of solutions
  • •Integrate data sources with internal teams
  • •Create customer segmentations
  • •Enable personalized customer journeys
  • •Conduct workshops for stakeholders
  • •Create technical and functional documentation
  • •Contribute to optimizing marketing processes
  • •Contribute to optimizing sales processes
  • •Contribute to optimizing service processes
  • •Support presales activities
  • •Prepare quotations
