- •Explain commercial policies and terms & conditions
- •Handle and resolve complaints from start to finish
- •Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Finance as needed
- •Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback
- •Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- •Propose ideas and support projects to enhance customer experience
- •Act as a partner to Sales for a seamless customer journey
