Requirements
- •Bachelor's or Master's degree in an advanced technical discipline or several years of equivalent professional experience
- •Deep understanding of space-specific quality standards and best practices
- •Knowledge of EEE Quality and Parts Approval procedures
- •Very good written and spoken English and German skills
- •Good SAP R/3 and MS Office skills
- •Excellent communication skills with persuasiveness, assertiveness, and persistence
- •Ability to deal with complex and difficult situations
- •Independent and goal-oriented way of working in an international environment
- •Willingness to travel
- •Flexibility and ability to work in a team

Tasks
- •Act as the focal point for all quality questions throughout the program lifecycle
- •Manage customer-relevant quality assurance activities
- •Ensure implementation of quality requirements from RTX, Collins, customers, and regulatory standards
- •Coordinate internally and externally for quality deviations and non-conformities
- •Drive root cause corrective action (RCCA) and problem resolution
- •Prepare, review, and release product and process quality assurance documents and reports
- •Support internal and external audits
- •Advance quality compliance and improvement initiatives
- •Assist with product and production process changes and work transfers
- •Promote Continuous Improvement initiatives like LEAN and CORE
