Requirements
- •Degree in Law, Economics, or equivalent qualification
- •At least 10 years working experience in transaction reporting
- •Analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Strong communication skills and excellent service orientation
- •Proactive work style and strong customer focus
- •Fluent communication skills in English and German
- •Good MS-Office and MS-Excel knowledge
- •Application Avaloq know-how

- •Monitor transaction reporting processes for FinfraG, MiFIR, and EMIR
- •Identify and resolve reporting issues for accuracy and timeliness
- •Serve as the primary contact for transaction reporting inquiries
- •Ensure compliance with regulatory transaction reporting obligations
- •Maintain and oversee in-custody and ex-custody relationships
- •Act as the first point of contact for ex-custody topics
- •Coordinate service level agreements and performance reviews
- •Facilitate communication across internal departments and external partners
- •Moderate workshops and deliver presentations to support change processes
- •Build relationships to ensure alignment across all levels
- •Develop and implement changes to optimize operational processes
- •Collaborate with senior executives to prioritize optimization initiatives
- •Translate operational goals into actionable plans
- •Lead change-related topics from initiation to completion
- •Monitor progress and address risks proactively
- •Serve as the primary contact for client performance reporting
- •Support tax operations with quality checks on client tax reports
- •Assist the Operations team during peak periods to ensure service continuity
