Requirements

  • •Engineering degree, master, or technician qualification
  • •Regulated industry experience, preferably pharma or biotech
  • •Teamwork, communication, time management, and problem-solving
  • •Effective interaction across all organizational levels
  • •Willingness to travel regionally and internationally
  • •Basic understanding of PCS documentation
  • •Knowledge of packaging, inspection, or super-ordinated systems
  • •Fluent English and German, French and Arabic advantageous

Education

  • •Manage CQV activities from planning to machine acceptance
  • •Design and execute qualification and validation activities
  • •Lead and train junior team members
  • •Create machine-specific documentation like URS and risk analyses
  • •Develop verification strategies to ensure quality and compliance
  • •Perform and support project management activities
  • •Develop required SOPs for pharmaceutical customers
  • •Provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements
