Requirements
- Master’s degree in finance, economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years corporate finance experience (3+ in acquisition/leveraged finance)
- Proven track record in executing financings
- Advanced financial modelling and credit analysis skills
- Deep understanding of capital structures, debt instruments, LMA documentation
- Experience supervising and guiding junior colleagues
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English and German (written and spoken)
Tasks
- Lead structuring and execution of corporate financings
- Prepare and present credit papers and financial models
- Identify and assess credit-relevant aspects of transactions
- Lead transaction documentation process
- Interact with clients, lawyers, and external stakeholders
- Negotiate and draft legal documentation
- Oversee junior team members in financial modeling
- Conduct credit analysis and basic documentation
- Monitor market trends and debt capital markets
- Maintain knowledge of corporate finance activity
- Assist Managing Directors and Directors in deal origination
