- Sales partnering experience and prioritization skills
- Knowledge of SaaS, Software, and IP
- Experience handling data privacy and security
- Excellent negotiation skills and diplomacy
- Accountability, adaptability, and resilience
- Strong drafting skills and attention detail
- Effective communication and professional presence
- High personal and professional integrity
- Fluency in English, German, and another language
Tasks
- Report to the Director of Legal EMEA
- Partner with the international sales organization
- Provide guidance on customer-related queries
- Draft and review commercial revenue-generating agreements
- Negotiate NDAs and data privacy documents
- Negotiate Master Subscription Agreements
- Analyze laws and regulations impacting license agreements
- Design and implement legal policies and practices
- Enhance legal capabilities through technology and operations tools
- Develop legal templates, forms, and communications
- Implement operational systems to scale legal resources
- Collaborate with the sales organization and legal team
- Communicate legal issues proactively to leadership
- Drive business and operational processes throughout the organization
- Draft and implement internal legal policies
- Automate key legal processes
