Tasks
- Manage end-to-end corporate actions and private-equity events
- Process and review accounts, products, and services
- Resolve issues regarding daily wealth management initiatives
- Identify client needs to provide high-quality service
- Collaborate with teams to integrate bank-wide processes
- Recommend improvements for operational efficiency
- Implement procedures and controls to mitigate risks
- Develop performance reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Monitor industry trends to implement best practices
- Participate in projects to improve service effectiveness
- Lead and supervise team members and resources
- Support professional development and allocate work requirements
- Partner with various functions and business areas
- Escalate policy and procedure breaches appropriately
- Embed new risk mitigation policies and procedures
- Advise and influence decision-making within your expertise
- Ensure work aligns with regulations and codes of conduct
- Analyze factual information to make evaluative judgements
- Solve technical problems by identifying guided solutions
- Communicate complex information to team members
- Act as a contact point for external stakeholders
- Test new functionalities and coordinate information flows
