Requirements

  • •3+ years in testing frontend and backend systems, APIs, and integrations
  • •Familiarity with test management tools (Zephyr)
  • •Basic test automation principles and tools (Robotframework)
  • •Strong understanding of backend testing methodologies
  • •API testing tools (Postman, Swagger UI)
  • •Familiarity with GUI and CLI testing applications
  • •Some scripting skills (shell script, SQL, Windows Batch)
  • •Experience working in Agile environments
  • •Understanding of SDLC
  • •ISTQB certification is a plus
  • •Excellent communication skills in German and English (C1 minimum)

Tasks

  • •Foster a quality-first mindset within core banking teams
  • •Act as the interface between the core QE team and developers
  • •Plan and execute ad-hoc, exploratory, risk-based, manual, and automated tests
  • •Ensure reliability across legacy and modern systems
  • •Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements
  • •Define quality gates and coordinate testing efforts
  • •Maintain and update test plans, test cases, and compliance evidence
  • •Set up dashboards to track quality metrics
  • •Report progress and identify areas for improvement
  • •Ensure all releases meet quality standards with proper test coverage and documentation
